Reservation Information

​​​Booking procedure:

• Please call, Line, Facebook, or WeChat in advance to confirm.
• After booking confirmation, please remit a 30% deposit within 3 days of booking. If the deposit is not received within the reservation period, the booking will be cancelled without further notice.
• After the remittance is completed, please be sure to provide the last five digits of your account number, the remitter's full name, and the deposit amount. Mutual confirmation between both parties provides greater security.
• Once we receive your deposit, we will hold your room; the remaining balance can be paid upon receipt.

Extension and Refund Policy:

• Once payment is made, cancellations are not accepted. If you wish to change your dates, please notify us 15 days in advance and confirm availability. If you fail to notify us 15 days in advance or cancel your trip at the last minute, your deposit will be forfeited without further notice.
• For weekday room types, if you wish to change your room type after making payment, please inform us 15 days in advance. Changes are not permitted within 15 days of the arrival date. For weekend room types, no changes are allowed.
• If the trip is cancelled due to uncontrollable natural disasters such as typhoons or earthquakes, you can choose to postpone or get a refund of your deposit (a $100 remittance fee and handling fee will be deducted for either method of refund).
• If you are unable to arrive on the day of check-in due to personal reasons, the full deposit will not be refunded.
• The refund rates for the "deposit" in case of inability to check in as scheduled are as follows:         
  #Accommodation dates before the 14th: 100%                                                                                   
  #Accommodation dates 10-13 days in advance: 70%                                                                         
  #Accommodation dates 7-9 days in advance: 50%                                                                           
  ​#Accommodation dates 4-6 days in advance: 40%
  #Accommodation 2-3 days in advance: 30%
  #One day before accommodation: 20%
  #On the day of accommodation: 0% (no refund of full deposit already paid)
• ⚠️Bookings made during consecutive national holidays are non-refundable, but can be postponed!​

PLEASE NOTES the following during your stay.

• Check-in time is 3:00 PM; check-out time is 10:00 AM.
• Please keep your valuables safe. We are not responsible for any loss.
• To ensure the quality and safety of accommodation, this guesthouse does not allow overnight guests; guests are also not allowed to enter the rooms without permission.
• Drug use or illegal activities such as parties are strictly prohibited in the room. Violators will be reported to the police.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire guesthouse building. Your cooperation is appreciated!
• According to the Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act, a fine of NT$2,000 to NT$10,000 may be imposed, along with a cleaning fee.
• After 10:00 PM, please keep your voice and footsteps down to avoid disturbing other visitors. Please refrain from loud noise!
• The lobby area on the first floor will be open until 11:00 PM. Thank you for your cooperation!
• The kitchen and bar area are not open to the public!
• Pets are not allowed!
• ​​For the safety of our guests, please dry yourself off before entering the guesthouse after playing in the water to avoid slipping!
